Mike showed up with his tech assistant Kenny (in the light brown Carhartts) at my home on Saturday afternoon 12-12-09 at around 2:30 in a Red Chevy 3500 HD Dually, kind of like a ghost right out of one of my favorite car & truck magazines! I was sold before he even stepped out of his work truck!  In just a little over an hour he fixed my son's truck problems and was off to help someone else who was stranded that Saturday afternoon.
